Our Story

A Pioneer in Information-Based Services

Nahak Overseas Limited was established in 1995 with a vision to become a pioneer Information based service provider for Joint Ventures, Strategic Alliance, Global Marketing, to capture global opportunities, etc. for Small and Medium Enterprises in India.

SMEs are the growth drivers in any economy and they grope in the dark when it comes to harnessing opportunities or positioning themselves in the globalized economy. This is where we pitch in and help them in every aspect to achieve their objectives, groom and make them have a share of the global opportunity pie.

Nahak, with its innovative ideas and creativity, identifies an opportunity OR converts a problem to a business opportunity, which is not normally perceived.

Over the years, we have made tremendous progress in terms of achievements and creating value addition to the client’s business. We have also worked with few foreign companies in achieving their business objectives in India and other countries.

J.C. Shukla

CEO / Managing Director

J.C. Shukla is a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from L.D. Engineering, Ahmedabad, and an M.B.A. from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. As a management consultant for over 25 years, he has handled various national and international assignments. He has organized, participated, co-ordinated and monitored bi-partite, tripartite and multi-partite negotiations at local and global level, for business and not-for-profit organizations.

He is also a director in various private companies and an ex-committee member advising the Government of India on export business. He was a Senate member of the Management Faculty of M.S. University of Baroda, and has presented papers at various global conferences.

He is also working on knowledge and concepts for removing social problems and evolving self-sustaining models in the areas of poverty, healthcare, unemployment, etc.

Anand Shukla

Director

Anand Shukla is a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from M.S. University of Baroda and has pursued the Management Education Program from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He is an expert in locating business opportunities and partners. He has located many business opportunities in different industrial segments for alliance, provided cost-effective international finance solutions to companies, and has located and formed global strategic alliance partners for software, telecommunication, mechanical and chemical companies.

He has expertise in creating concepts and working for a knowledge-based economy, and has formulated business plans and concepts for using ICT to solve human sufferings, presenting them twice on a global platform.

The NAHAK name was given by our Guru and is derived from three Indian names of God — Narayan, Hari, Krishna — which also means that each success is an end result of many forces and teamwork.
